Terms of use
These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern your stay — if you book a room, the booking terms apply to that contract instead.
1. Who publishes this website
This website is published by Belvoir Hotel, 1 Grantham Road, Whatton-in-the-Vale, Nottinghamshire, NG13 9EU.
The site is built and maintained for us by MGH Digital Ltd. Unless otherwise stated, the website content — including text, photography, layout and the Belvoir Hotel name and marks — belongs to Belvoir Hotel.
2. Using this website
You may browse, and print or download sections for your own reference. You may not:
- copy or republish large parts of the site commercially, or resell it
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
- use automated tools to scrape the site, or to submit availability searches in bulk, without our written permission
- upload or transmit anything unlawful, or anything that harms the site or others
- misrepresent your identity, or pretend to be us
3. Availability and pricing
We work hard to keep the site accurate, but rooms, rates and availability change constantly. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance — a booking is only made when we send you a confirmation, under our booking terms. We may correct any price or availability error at any point before that confirmation is sent, and will tell you straight away if we do.
4. Content is information, not medical or legal advice
We hope the site helps you plan your stay. Details about the local area, transport, accessibility and services are provided in good faith and may change. Please check anything time-critical with us before you rely on it. Nothing here is medical, legal or financial advice.
5. The website assistant
Our assistant answers general questions using the content of this website. It is automated, which means it can be incomplete or wrong. Please do not treat it as confirmation of a booking, a price, or an availability, and do not give it payment or identity documents. For anything important, call us on 0116 507 5404.
6. External links
Where we link to another website — a map, a transport operator, an attraction — we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
7. Intellectual property
The Belvoir Hotel name, logo and marks may not be used commercially without our permission. Photography, written content and design on this site are protected by copyright. If you want to reproduce any of it, ask us first on 0116 507 5404.
8. Liability
We do everything reasonable to keep this site accurate and available, and we accept no liability for loss caused by using it or being unable to use it. We are also not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party sites we link to.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Nor does anything here affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect this site and the information on it. No transmission over the internet is completely secure. Please tell us at once if you believe an account, booking or payment has been misused:0116 507 5404.
10. Accessibility
We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people using a screen reader or keyboard only. We work towards the WCAG 2.2 AA standard. If something on this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, tell us — that is a bug on our side, not your problem. Email info@belvoirhotelnotts.co.uk or call 0116 507 5404 and we will fix it and tell you.
Information about physical access to the building and its rooms is on our contact page and in the booking terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and will change the date at the top of this page. The version that applied is the one published when you made your booking or used the site.
12. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any protection you have under the law of your own country.
